- Cancellation policy: A full refund will be available only if we manage to re-let the accommodation
- Accommodation will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and guests to vacate by 10am on day of departure
- Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy
- Damage and breakages will be charged for
- A maximum of 2 guests only in the Coach House
- A maximum of 6 guests only in Aros House
- Accommodation is for adults only (minimum age: 18)
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation
